Monique Ochoa, CMP - President & Owner
Monique holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism from the University of New Orleans, laying a strong foundation for her impressive career in the hospitality industry, which spans over 30 years. Her extensive experience covers a wide spectrum of roles and responsibilities: festival management, conferences, hotel sales, event fundraising, destination management, non-profit events, grant writing, and event marketing. Monique's commitment to her profession is underscored by her accreditation as a Certified Meeting Professional by the Convention Industry Council. Her primary focus revolves around cultivating strong client relationships, devising successful event fundraising strategies, meticulous conference planning, efficient meeting management, impactful marketing, and ensuring a clear vision to achieve the goals of her clients.
Dane Pratt- VP of Sales & Marketing
Dane graduated from the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX, where she earned a degree in psychology and communication arts. Her role within the organization encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities such as developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness.
Stephen Quick- VP of Operations
Stephen plays a pivotal role within the organization overseeing our company's operational activities and ensuring smooth business processes. He is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Karen Lee - Meeting Manager
Karen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, having earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Columbia College in Chicago, IL. She joined the team in 2020, taking on the role of meeting manager. Her responsibilities encompass various key aspects of event management: speaker management, agenda development, surveys, mobile app development, and continuing medical accreditation.
