Monique holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism from LSU New Orleans, laying a strong foundation for her impressive career in the hospitality industry, which spans over 30 years. Her extensive experience covers a wide spectrum of roles and responsibilities: festival management, conferences, hotel sales, destination management, continuing medical educational events, grant writing, and event marketing. Monique's commitment to her profession is underscored by her accreditation as a Certified Meeting Professional by the Convention Industry Council and earning her Medical Meeting Professional Certification from Meeting Professionals International. Her primary focus revolves around cultivating strong client relationships, devising successful event strategies, meticulous conference planning, efficient meeting management, impactful marketing, and ensuring a clear vision to achieve the goals of her clients.
Dane Pratt, MMP - VP of Sales & Marketing
Dane graduated from the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX, where she earned a degree in psychology and communication arts. She also holds a certificate as a Medical Meeting Professional. Her role within the organization encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities such as developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness. She manages several societies and plans medical meetings.
Stephen Quick - VP of Operations
Stephen plays a pivotal role within the organization overseeing our company's operational activities and ensuring smooth business processes. He is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Lydia McAfee - Marketing
Lydia owns a marketing firm called Seven Impressions. Plan-it Satisfaction has hired her as a Marketing Consultant and assists with registration software, mobile apps, email marketing, and website design.
